Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Little Step Education, we value your trust and want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


🔄 General Return Policy

  • You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery if you have received defective, damaged, or misprinted books/items.

  • The request will be accepted only after our team verifies the issue.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.


📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure transparency and fairness, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for all return/replacement requests.

Guidelines for the unboxing video:

  • Record the video without cuts or pauses.

  • Show the sealed packet/box from all sides before opening.

  • Display all items clearly in the video and count the books/products as you show them.

  • The video helps us confirm the condition and quantity of items received.

(We trust our customers, but this process protects everyone, as unfortunately some people misuse return policies.)


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations (see below).

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

  • For non-customized items, refunds may be issued after return verification.

  • For customized products, refunds are not available (see below).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Little Step Education will cover return shipping.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personal care or intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale/Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”


🔄 Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange for a different size, color, or product, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned product is received and verified.


🎨 Refund & Replacement Policy (Customized Items)

  • No Refunds: All customized/made-to-order products are non-refundable.

  • Replacement Only: Replacements are allowed only if the product is defective, misprinted, or damaged.

  • Eligibility:

    • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos.

    • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Process: Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.


❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After 24 hours, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

  • For cancelled orders (within the allowed time), refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
